Call (605) 347-5070 Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and ask for records. Report copies cost $4. Some reports may not be available.

Yes, the City of Sturgis allows fireworks to be used on July 3 and 4

. Using fireworks in the City Parks at any time is prohibited. Anyone caught using them outside those dates will be given a ticket.
