PROCEEDINGS OF THE STURGIS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING – JANUARY 29, 2007

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Common Council of the City of Sturgis met in special session on Monday, January 29, 2007 at 6:00pm at City Hall. Present: Mayor Terry Jensen, Alderpersons Roger Call, Pokey Jacobson, Tom Ferguson, Bev Patterson, Sherry Scudder & Steve Anders. Absent: Mark Chaplin & Penny Green.

Motion by Ferguson, second by Scudder & carried to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of discussing a contract issue.

Motion by Call, second by Anders & carried to return to regular session.

Motion by Anders, second by Ferguson & carried to adjourn the meeting at 7:15pm.
