PROCEEDINGS OF THE STURGIS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING – FEBRUARY 13, 2007

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Common Council of the City of Sturgis met in special session on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at 5:00pm at City Hall. Present: Mayor Terry Jensen, Alderpersons Roger Call, Mark Chaplin, Penny Green, Tom Ferguson, Bev Patterson, Sherry Scudder & Steve Anders. Absent: Pokey Jacobson.

Motion by Patterson, second by Call & carried, with Green abstaining and Scudder voting no, to authorize the Mayor to sign a letter of support to SD Housing & Urban Development for the construction of Heritage Acres IV.

Motion by Chaplin, second by Anders & carried to adjourn the meeting at 5:22pm.
