PROCEEDINGS OF THE STURGIS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING – AUGUST 27, 2007

 

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Common Council of the City of Sturgis met in special session on August 27, 2007 at 7:00pm at City Hall.  Present:  Mayor Maury LaRue, Alderpersons Steve Anders, Roger Call, Mark Chaplin, Tom Ferguson, David Hersrud, Jamie McVay, Sherry Scudder and Bernadette Usera.

 

Motion by Chaplin, second by Anders & carried to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of discussing legal matters.

 

Motion by Anders, second by McVay & carried to return to regular session.

 

Motion by Anders, second by Chaplin & carried to adjourn the meeting at 8:13 pm.
