The Sturgis Police Department has two different volunteer groups that serve our department and community.  

VIPS, Volunteers in Public Safety, are citizen volunteers that assist with a wide variety of department duties.

Reserve Officers are state-certified, sworn, law enforcment officers that perform the same duties as full-time officer.
