web portal. Application for a license is simple and fast. You will be required to establish a user ID and password. You must have a valid E-mail address so we can continue to communicate with you. You will also be able to obtain building permits and schedule inspections through this portal.
Title 2, as currently written, requires electrical and plumbing contractors to take a competency exam when initially licensing or if the license as lapsed.
A Contractor License license must be renewed each calendar year.
