This is the newest multi-family apartment complex in the City.  Phase I of III was complete in 2015.  Occupancy of the first building is generally full.  

Baron Properties has over 12 years of rental real estate experience.  They currently own/operate 106 apartments in Spearfish, SD.  Their goal is to provide clean, comfortable and safe living for their tenants.

Phase II of III will begin construction in the fall of 2016.  

The second building will have a minor interior design change.  The second floor will accommodate a second bathroom in each of the upstairs units.  The apartment inventory in this building will be as follows:

These apartment buildings consist of 16 apartments each.  Each building contains various apartment sizes.    

Apartments are open floor concept, with all major appliances (washer, dryer, side by side fridge, electric stove/range, microwave hood, dishwasher, garbage disposal and air conditioner).  The first floor units are pet friendly and most first floor apartments are ADA accessible, ranging from zero steps to 3 or 4 step entrances (depending on the grade) at the ground level.  The two story design provides a comfortable living environment for a wide range of demographics.
