Road Conditions
Definitions from the Department of Transportation
* No Travel Advised:  This is a warning that travel conditions are extremely difficult and potentially life-threatening conditions exist.  Travel should be limited to emergency situations only.

* Road Closed:  This warning is normally posted only on interstate highways, but may be used on other state highways if conditions warrant.  Road closures occur when conditions are life threatening, or impossible for driving.  No travel is allowed under penalty of law.

* Road Impassable or Road Blocked:  This warning is typically posted on non-interstate highways.  This warning indicates that road conditions at some locations of the highway have deteriorated to a point where travelers cannot physically get through.
