Saturday, May 19 is Kids to Parks Day. Launched by the National Park Trust, Kids to Parks Day empowers kids and encourages families to get outdoors and visit local and national parks.

The City of Sturgis contains 7 municipal parks. A new park is under construction on 6th Street near the Community Center.
