Beginning Wednesday, October 30, from 9:30 AM to noon, Better Choices Better Health  Chronic Disease workshops will be held at the Sturgis Public Library for 6 consecutive Wednesdays through December 4. 
The FREE workshop includes a FREE book and FREE relaxation CD provided through SDSU Extension, SD Department of Health, and SD Department of Human Services.
Adults with chronic conditions and their caregivers have reported better overall health, more energy and less fatigue, a more active lifestyle and increased confidence after attending this workshop.
