Harley-Davidson Plaza Rally Point

Now Open!

The official Ribbon Cutting and Community Picnic was held on August 18, 2015.  Over 800 people attended the event complete with a movie, bounce house, food, drinks and special guests.

Movies are scheduled for each Tuesday this fall as long as the weather allows. Holiday events will also take place at the plaza.

Bill Davidson, grandson of Harley-Davidson founder William Davidson holds one of the 74 bricks that were transported to Sturgis, via motorcycle, from Milwaukee.  The 100-yer old bricks were taken from the original manufacturing plant in Wisconsin and will be incorporated into the new plaza.

Harley-Davidson Rally Point will be a year around gathering space for the community as well as visitors.

The plaza will be complete prior to the 2015 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in August.

A portion of Second Street in the Downtown District has been re-named "Harley-Davidson Way".
