Job Title: Facility Maintenance Lead
Salary range: $51,172.92-$59,344.90

Hours: Full-time position (40 hours a week), Eligible for benefits.
Job Description:
The Facility Maintenance Lead position is a supervisory position responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all City buildings, grounds, and facilities. This role requires both office and fieldwork. Duties involve lifting, climbing ladders, operating tools and equipment, and working indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
• Organize, supervise, and participate in facility maintenance and repair activities.
• Oversee custodial staff and coordinate cleaning of City facilities.
• Manage budgets, approve purchases, and assist in developing capital improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards; conduct staff training and weekly safety meetings.
• Perform and oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Maintain recreation and fitness facilities, including pool and spa systems.
• Coordinate special construction and remodeling projects, contractors, and service agreements. Manage grounds-keeping, landscaping, and herbicide applications.
• Maintain facility records and ensure compliance with codes, policies, and regulations.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in building/facility maintenance, with supervisory responsibility.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building codes.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings; operate required tools and equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License
