Job Title: Finance Clerk

Salary range: $45000-$50,000

Location: City Hall, 1040 Harley Davidson Way

Department: Finance

Hours: Non-exempt, full time, benefit eligible

Job Description:

Finance Clerk performs specialized duties in support of the City’s records management, Utility billing, Sturgis Cemetery and related Finance department functions.

Essential duties include:

  • Customer service
  • Record Keeping and Documentation
  • Utility Billing assistance
  • Prepare City Council agenda
  • Recordkeeping for Sturgis Cemetery


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of state statutes governing document retention (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
