STURGIS – The City of Sturgis Sponsorship Department is now accepting proposals from qualified catering providers for the 2026 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally VIP Hospitality Village.

The selected caterer will provide food service for VIP guests, sponsors, exhibitors, and industry representatives during the 86th Anniversary Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.

The contract includes daily VIP breakfasts and lunches from Aug. 7-15, as well as catering for several special events, including the Police Chief’s Ride, Mayor’s Ride, Mayor’s Reception, Sponsor Reception, and Vendor Reception. Services will be based primarily in the VIP Hospitality Village located in the Community Room of the Sturgis Public Library.

The city is seeking a professional, full-service caterer capable of delivering high-quality meals, exceptional customer service, and a memorable hospitality experience for Rally guests. Proposals must include menu suggestions, food preparation and service plans, and pricing based on a per-person rate.

Proposals will be accepted through July 6. Selection will be based on food quality, creativity, service capabilities, health and safety compliance, and the ability to meet the needs of Rally VIP events.
