Each year since 2009 an Annual Report to the Citizens has been published and mailed to every household with a municipal utility account.
Annual Reports provide a summary of the various projects and initiatives that took place within the community during the year. The Police, Ambulance, and Finance Departments also publish departmental specific reports on a yearly basis.
In 2013 the position of City Manager was vacant and no Annual Report was published.
