City Council Minutes from 2021 are now found within the iCompass meeting portal.  Click on the SEARCH button located on the main menu and enter the word 'minutes' along with the date of the meeting.  Several filters are available to narrow your search.  You can also go to the meeting date on the calendar and click on the City Council Meeting.
