City Council agenda, meeting packets, minutes, and video recording are now stored within the iCompass meeting management portal.  

From the City homepage, click on the Meetings button.  On the right hand side, select the meeting date and then the appropriate meeting.  The agenda, packet, minutes and video will load. 

Council packets are published at least 24-hours prior to the Council meeting.  To obtain Council Packets prior to January 1, 2021, contact the Finance Office at 605-347-4422 option 1.
