The Finance Office is responsible for making sure public notice is given as specified in the South Dakota Open Meetings Law.  All the City Council meeting agendas are posted on this website (Community Calendar) as well as on the bulletin board at City Hall, 1040 Harley-Davidson Way.  Agendas are posted on the Wednesday prior to the meeting.  Agendas may be amended up until 24-hours before the meeting.
