Report Code Violation

Have you seen junk cars, weeds, or other code enforcement violations in your neighborhood?  The City uses Citizenserve to track all complaints as well as to communicate with anonymous reporters.  Please submit an online complaint and it will be automatically routed to the appropriate department for investigation.

Submit a complaint through the  Citizenserve Webportal  .  Although you must register and log-in, you will have the option to submit an anonymous request once logged in.  (If you have applied for a building permit in the past, that log-in is the same.)  The system allows us to communicate directly with you and yet maintain your anonymity.  If you have questions, please contact Code Enforcement Office at (605) 347-1001.  You can also submit an email to codeofficer@sturgispolice.com .
