Complaint Forms
You can file a complaint online by filling out a short form on CitizenServe and submitting it to the Code Enforcement office. Once logged in, you can file an anonymous complaint and are not required to provide your personal information. By logging in, the staff is able to communicate with you through the portal. We can get additional information and follow-up with you, but still allow you to remain anonymous.
